romiyon ke naam chitthi 5:1-21
5 isliye jab hamein vishvas ki vajah se nek thehraya gaya hai,+ to aao hum apne prabhu yeeshu maseeh ke zariye parmeshvar ke saath shaanti ke rishte mein bane rahein.*+
2 usi ke zariye hamne vishvas ki vajah se parmeshvar ke saamne jaane ki ijazat paayi hai taaki hum uski maha-kripa paa sakein jo abhi hum par hai.+ aur aao hum parmeshvar se mahima paane ki aasha ki vajah se khushi manayen.*
3 yahi nahin, hum dukh-takaleefein jhelte huye bhi khushi manayen*+ kyonki hum jaante hain ki dukh-takaleefon se dheeraj paida hota hai+
4 aur dheeraj dharne se parmeshvar ki manzoori hum par bani rehti hai+ aur is vajah se hamein aasha milti hai.+
5 yah aasha hamein nirash nahin hone deti+ kyonki parmeshvar ka pyar hamare dilon mein us pavitra shakti ke zariye bhara gaya hai, jo hamein di gayi thi.+
6 vaakai, jab hum kamzor hi the+ tab maseeh, tay kiye gaye vakt par bhaktiheen insanon ke liye mara.
7 kyonki shaayad hi koi kisi dharmi insan ke liye apni jaan de. haan, ho sakta hai ki ek achhe insan ke liye koi apni jaan dene ki himmat kare.
8 magar parmeshvar ne hamare liye apne pyar ka saboot is tarah diya ki jab hum paapi hi the, tab maseeh hamare liye mara.+
9 to ab jab hum uske khoon se nek thehraye jaa chuke hain,+ to hum uske zariye parmeshvar ke krodh se bhi kyon na bacheinge?+
10 jab hum parmeshvar ke dushman the, tab agar uske bete ki maut ki bina par parmeshvar ke saath hamari sulah hui,+ to ab jab hamari sulah ho chuki hai, to hum uske jeevan ke zariye uddhaar paane ka aur bhi kitna yakeen rakh sakte hain!
11 itna hi nahin, hum parmeshvar ke saath apne rishte ki vajah se khushi manate hain jo hamare prabhu yeeshu maseeh ke zariye kaayam hua hai, jiske zariye parmeshvar ke saath hamari sulah hui hai.+
12 isliye ek aadmi se paap duniya mein aaya aur paap se maut aayi+ aur is tarah maut sab insanon mein fail gayi kyonki sabne paap kiya.+
13 kaanoon diye jaane se pehale paap duniya mein tha, magar jab kaanoon nahin hota to kisi ko paap ka doshi nahin thehraya jaa sakta.+
14 fir bhi maut ne aadam se lekar moosa ke samay tak raja bankar raaj kiya, un par bhi jinhonne aadam ki tarah kaanoon todkar paap nahin kiya tha. aadam bilkul usi ke jaisa tha jo aanevala tha.+
15 magar parmeshvar ka vardan gunah jaisa nahin. ek aadmi ke gunah ki vajah se bahot log mar gaye, magar parmeshvar ki maha-kripa aur uske muft vardan se bahoton ko behisab faayde mile.+ yah muft vardan, maha-kripa ke saath ek aadmi yeeshu maseeh ke zariye diya gaya.+
16 muft vardan se milnevale faayde, ek aadmi ke paap+ ke anjamon jaise nahin hain. isliye ki ek gunah ki vajah se yah saza mili ki insan doshi thahre,+ magar bahot-se gunahon ke baad jo vardan mila uski vajah se insanon ko nek thehraya jaata hai.+
17 jab ek aadmi ke gunah ki vajah se maut ne raja bankar raaj kiya hai,+ to jo log maha-kripa aur nek thaharne ka muft vardan bahotayat mein paate hain,+ woh ek vyakti yaani yeeshu maseeh ke zariye zaroor jeevan paayenge+ aur raja bankar raaj kareinge.+
18 isliye jaise ek gunah ka anjam yah hua ki sab kism ke log saza ke laayak thahre,+ vaise hi ek nek kaam ka nateeja yah hua ki sab kism ke log+ nek thehraye jaate hain taaki jeevan paayen.+
19 aur jaise ek aadmi ke aagya todne se bahot log paapi thahre,+ usi tarah ek aadmi ke aagya maanne se bahot log nek thehreinge.+
20 fir kaanoon aaya jisne gunahon ko aur bhi badhkar zahir kiya.+ magar jahaan paap badha, vahaan maha-kripa aur bhi bahotayat mein hui.
21 kis liye? taaki jaise paap ne maut ke saath raja bankar raaj kiya,+ vaise hi maha-kripa bhi neki ke zariye raja bankar raaj kare jisse hamare prabhu yeeshu maseeh ke zariye hamesha ki zindagi mile.+
